Lauren Ann is a news producer, journalist and writer based out of Madison, WI. 

Originally from Racine, Wisconsin, Lauren Ann is a recent graduate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, with an B.A in Journalism and Mass Communication and certificates in Gender & Women's Studies and European Studies. 

Throughout college, Lauren Ann wrote for a variety of publications, with work ranging from political fact-checking to lifestyle editorial writing.  

She is currently working at Madison's CBS affiliate station, WISC-TV/Channel3000. 

When it's not news, it's poems and essays, climbing and kayaking, making pasta and booking plane tickets.
