HELLO.

I am a multi-skilled journalist with experience in television news production, reporting, editing, and social media management. I currently produce the nightly 10 p.m. newscast for CBS Denver. I have always had a deep love of good stories and dreams of spending my days working with words. Throughout my career, my passion for local news specifically has grown.

I am a Wisconsin native and a proud Badger. I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where I studied Journalism & Mass Communication and earned certificates in Gender & Women’s Studies and European Studies.

Other things about me? I recently won an Emmy (Heartland)! I’m a poet and a runner. I also volunteer as an interviews editor for Identity Theory, an online literary magazine. I love Lake Michigan and cheese. Snow makes me feel alive. I spend a lot of time in the mountains. I try to assume the best about most things.
